calmbirth® classes are available at times to suit you. Packages include:

• 5 x Tuesday nights, 7.00 to 9.30pm
• 2 x Saturdays, 9.30am to 4.00pm
• Weekend retreat: Saturday and Sunday, 9.30am to 4.00pm
• Weekday retreat: Two consecutive weekdays, 9.30am to 4.00pm
